The vast majority of orders placed at 3:30 pm on Wednesday are being processed the same day. Take note that holidays, extreme weather and sales may delay the delivery of time sensitive packages.

The item will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the time of delivery. Shipping dates are provided by the postal service however they aren\’t guaranteed.

We will ensure that our experienced warehouse staff package the products in accordance with the requirements of all our suppliers. All your products are checked thoroughly and packed before being sent.

Returns Policy

The policy is in effect for within 45 days. If it has been 45 days after the purchase, we are not able to return the item for exchange or provide an exchange or refund.

The item must be returned in the same state as you got it. You must return the item in its original packaging.

Refunds:

The email we send you will notify you that your item has been accepted. Returns will be accepted or rejected.

If you\’re approved, you will get the money back within 7 days. Once approved, the credit will be automatically added to the card you used for payment or other method.
